Imre Fertő was elected a member of AES (Agricultural Economic Society) Executive Committee

The term of appointment is 4 years.

Last year Imre Fertő has accepted the AES Award for Excellence for Outstanding Lifetime Achievement in Research and Contribution to the Society.

The Society was founded in 1926. It is a learned society and a company limited by guarantee. It promotes the study and teaching of all disciplines relevant to the agricultural, food and related industries, and to rural society and environment.
