Executive Manager position at the ANETI Lab Budapest

We are seeking an Executive Manager to help the daily organization of the Lab and to coordinate international work including communication with research partners, policy and company stakeholders, and the public audience. The position is open for 3 years starting in January 2025 (or upon agreement).
The Executive Manager will
work part time at the HUN-REN KRTK (75%) and part time at CIAS (25%), both located in Budapest,
participate in the administrative processes of the ANETI Lab in both organizations,
actively form and manage the weekly and monthly events of the ANETI Lab including research seminars, conferences, meetings,
have a leading role in the coordination of the DUT international consortium (Toulouse School of Economics, the Technical University of Denmark, Central European University, the ISI Foundation Torino, Corvinus University, and HUN-REN KRTK) that aims to understand how active mobility can be increased in cities to create healthier urban environments,
improve the connections with company and policy stakeholders and research partners of the ANETI Lab,
work together with project assistants and ANETI Lab researchers to prepare research reports,
coordinate social media and public media campaigns of the ANETI Lab.
Salary and compensation:
The position will offer a competitive salary compared to research and project management compensations in Hungary. Inquiries regarding salary should be addressed to the Head of ANETI Lab.
Eligibilities:
MA, MSc qualification or equivalent.
Experience (minimum 3 years) in research management, or project management.
Good communication and social skills.
Good sense of science communication.
Professional command of English language.
